As you turn off the road and meander down the impressive drive you know your holiday has started. Arrive at the cottage, park alongside and enter, and you will sense the lovely homely feel immediately with a cosy atmosphere created by old beams and a woodburning stove, which is perfect for those cooler evenings. The sitting and dining area, along with a galley kitchen, all form the open plan living area, and the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Dogs are most welcome here and the large orchard right outside is the perfect place for exercising them, as well as a great place for the children to play. Also outside is a private patio that's an ideal spot to relax on at any time of day. Walking, fishing, cycling and golf are all well catered for here, with the local Holsworthy Golf Course offering a warm welcome, good food and a real test for golfers of all standards. Also local, The Bickford Arms has a good reputation for fresh, locally-sourced food and excellent real ales. Holsworthy too has a choice of pubs and takeaways as well as local shops. For anyone wanting serious retail therapy, both Exeter and Plymouth are about the same distance away from the cottage and with the stunning coastline to explore and Bude 12 miles away, there will always be something to do here, making Court Cottage an ideal place for a holiday whatever the time of year.

The market town of Holsworthy is situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court and splendid park with bowling green, along with traditional shops, pubs and cafés. Within the local area are fishing, sailing, cycling and walking, and the sandy beaches at Bude are within easy reach.
