We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful house in a prime location. Very well equipped, lovely and warm. We found a selection of delicious treats waiting for us on arrival along with the essential milk! The beds were so comfy and with top quality bedding. A great enclosed courtyard garden and parking was a great bonus but it is tight to access so beware if you have a huge vehicle! It is an old house so there were the usual quirks you'd expect but in no way detracted from our stay- in fact it was all part of the charm. Really well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment. If we really had to find something to point out, it would be the limited number of table knives - could do with more- there were dozens of forks, spoons and teaspoons but only a very few knives but that's a quick fix that I'm sure the owner will attend to. Communication from the owner was great with lots of information about the local area. We would definitely stay there again.

Been here so many times as for us a piece of heaven. The house is always spotless and well equipped with everything you need - and the welcome biscuits crisps wine n milk just a lovely touch. The location is incredible and my Mum spent most of her day sat on the balcony watching all the activity on the Estuary. Fab to have parking and be a few mins from great pubs. Thanks as always Lucy - looking forward to coming back again soon
