The small village of Woolfardisworthy, known locally as Woolsery is situated in the heart of North Devon, offering a local shop. Nearby Hartland Forest encompasses hundreds of acres of Forestry Commission woodland, whilst just 5 miles away lies the village of Clovelly, renowned for its flower-strewn cottages and steep cobbled footpath leading down to the 14th Century harbour. Much of the seashore from Bideford to Bude is part of the National Trust’s Heritage Coastline with its breathtaking walks and dramatic cliffs at Hartland Quay just 6 miles away. water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for, with surfing lessons available at Bude, and the water sports centre at Tamar Lakes
