Overall great holiday however the apartment furniture is a bit shabby ripped sofa and didn’t recline properly, dirty windows and general tidy up needed however the position of the apartment makes up for it

Sand Dunes is an absolute delight. The accommodation is first class. The panoramic view across the bay to the estuary and beyond is without parallel. Nothing has been forgotten; everything you could possibly need is there in abundance. There was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, and having a gated car parking space is a great bonus. If you're thinking of booking, do it quickly; it doesn't stay available for very long.
