Located in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of Bideford, you will be within walking distance of the town with its restaurants, bars and Quayside Inns. Golfers can experience Englands oldest course at Westward Ho! and the fabulous beach of course. Numerous other beaches and attractions are all within easy driving distance of this conveniently placed holiday home.

living areaS

Enter into the welcoming entrance hall with the lounge on your left and stairs to the upper floor on your right.

The lounge is tastefully decorated with two comfy sofas and an armchair, seating a total of five people. Bean bags are provided for informal seating. A relaxing room with a very attractive gas stove in the fireplace for cooler evenings. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs are provided for your use. A collection of books and a Wii consul with games are all available for use.

kitchen

Decorated in cool tones, the kitchen boasts a range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens and a large american style fridge/freezer. Other appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, slow cooker and all other essential kitchen utensils including an excellent selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. There is even an ice cream maker. Patio doors lead to the garden.

The dining area has a table seating up to 8 people. A door to the right of the table leads to the utitlity room complete with washing machine & tumble drier. A further door leads to a useful downstairs W.C.

bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms in total, all on the first floor reached by stairs from the entrance hall. There is a child gate available for the top and bottom of the stairs if required.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom with a King size bed. New England style furniture includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Large windows flood the room with light and the vaulted ceiling soars above. A door leads into the en suite.

Bedroom 2: Is a large double bedroom with an additional Z bed available if requested. Another room with a fabulous vaulted ceiling.

Bedroom 3: Overlooking the back garden with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 4: 1 single bed.

bathrooms

There is a downstairs cloakroom in the utility room containing WC and sink. On the first floor, bedroom 1 has a fabulous en suite with a large walk in shower, sink and WC. A roof light high in the ceiling adds to the drama.

There is a family bathroom serving the remaining 3 bedrooms. A large traditional bath with two showers over, one a rain head. A sink and WC complete the layout.

outdoors

At the back of the house is a newly landscaped garden on different levels. A perfect area for al fresco entertaining (bearing neighbours in mind), this lovely enclosed area comes complete with a BBQ and seating for 6. Sun loungers and garden toys are available also.

At the front of the house is off street parking for 2 cars.
