A cosy apartment annexed to the owner’s home, in the elevated rural setting of Eastleigh, 1.5 miles from the small village of Westleigh and three miles from Bideford, on the North Devon coast.The owners are pleased to offer a warm welcome to their cosy holiday home, which is designed to provide a quiet, relaxing holiday just a short drive from the seaside.The entrance door opens into a cosy and comfortable living room with a 3-seater sofa, plenty of books and DVDs and a woodburner, guaranteed to provide warmth and comfort during your stay.Perfect for a couple, Pines Cottage offers a lovely first floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and views across the pretty garden.Outside the front door is a small patio with tables and chairs, and guests are free to wander around the owner’s spacious garden, which leads down to the off road parking space and out to the lanes of Eastleigh, trailing out into the countryside for peaceful walks.Spend the afternoon in the local coastal village of Instow, with its excellent sailing and safe sandy beach, whilst the little fishing village of Appledore offers pretty cottages and quaint cafes.Other must-visit North Devon attractions include the long sandy beach at Westward Ho!, the ancient village of Clovelly and Hartland Quay, all of which are within half an hour’s drive.This is a charming holiday home in which to stay whilst exploring North Devon’s dramatic scenery.

Bideford is a small town near the Torridge estuary filled with lots of attractions including a medieval bridge, market, local pubs, shopping area, town quay, beaches, golf courses, and theme parks to name a few. Nearby is the South West coast path, making its way to villages such as Clovelly, Exmoor and Dartmoor, there's also the chance to explore the Tarka Trail, try your hand at surfing or cycle through the countryside. Bideford has something for everyone to enjoy.
