Great communication from the owner both pre and post holiday - nice touch along with the welcome pack. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed playing some of the games provided in the house. Children loved the surfing at Westward Ho! Beach.

The house is beautiful, with good quality furnishings and beds, I would go as far as saying some of the best beds in any country we have stayed around the world. It’s roomy and well thought out. There were two issues unfortunately, firstly there was damage caused by damp in some areas of the house and I’m sorry to say, the cleaning was fairly poor. On the surface it looked ok but thick dust under the beds and things like the skirting boards were really badly splashed. There was a lot of limescale in the downstairs bathroom which you will only see from getting down low, maybe the cleaner didn’t notice for this reason. The owner is lovely and really helpful, it makes me sad that I’ve not been able to be more positive. With better cleaning it would be a perfect holiday home with good quality amenities.
