Nice quiet area with onsite parking, 10minutes walk to beach and amenities. House is clean and well equipped, plenty of places to visit and a nice walk through Northam Burrows Country park and on to Appledore if you feel up to it.(there is a lovely cafe half way through the country park). All in all a great location.

The House had spacious rooms with a well kept garden. Good location for anywhere in North Devon. Close to shops and places to eat where you can either drive or walk. Minutes walk from the beach and loved the the Breakfasts at the Rock Pool Cafe (can get busy due to it's popularity) Best to reserve the table to avoid disappointment

Perfect week long stay at the end of August. Easy walk into the main tourist area. Easy self check in via key lock box. We used all three bedrooms and there was a downstairs wc which was a bonus as it’s not noted on the details. Decent smart tv in lounge area for night time and also one in the biggest bedroom. Comfortable beds in all rooms. We ate in for three nights so the separate dining room was handy.
