Bude is slightly further afield, although still an easy drive with several sandy beaches, golf course, canal side artisan cafes, surf shops, a local history museum and art gallery. Other attractions such as The Milky Way, The Big Sheep Adventure Park, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor, Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay are also within easy reach. The glass porch area is not only perfect to store coats, wellies and walking boots, but is ideal for sitting with a good book whilst admiring the views over the lake. The lounge has comfortable seating and a log effect electric fire for those cooler evenings and here relax and catch up on your favourite programme on the TV. Located off the lounge are the two bedrooms: one double and one bunk room. A shower room with shower and WC completes the offering inside the property. After a busy day, sit and relax on the balcony which overlooks the picturesque lake. To the side of the property is a grassy area which is ideal for evening barbecues.
