The main living space is situated on the first floor, which allows guests to enjoy the stunning views across the River Torridge from the property s open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a split level room, with the open plan lounge area located on the upper section. This comfortable space has a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV as well as large patio doors which give access to the spacious balcony. A few steps down, bring guests to the kitchen/diner, with the dining table, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Two of the properties bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one of which is a double, and the other, a twin room which has zip and link beds which can be made up as a king on request. The ground floor bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. The third bedroom is suitable for one guest and is located on the second floor, reached by steep cottage style stairs. There is a double bed and plenty of storage space in this delightful room. Outside, there is first floor balcony located off the lounge area, with table, chairs and sun lounger from which to enjoy the river views. There is also an enclosed ,spacious garden with lawn, and a patioed seating area and BBQ. Guests can enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking on the nearby river (please note Paddleboards and Kayaks are not provided by the owner).
