Situated in the centre of this historic and very picturesque fishing village of Appledore, renowned for its tidal estuary setting, brightly painted cottages, maritime links and annual book festival. Enjoy a walk along one of the village's quaint streets or the bustle of the quayside when the fish are landed or further afield along the South West Coast Path to meander and perhaps enjoy a picnic or stop at one of the secluded coves. Take a short drive over the river to Instow with its sandy beach and the Royal North Devon Yacht Club for boating and sailing enthusiasts. Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of beach, the Royal North Devon Golf Club as well as many family amusements. Close by is The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Parks, Tapeley Park, Arlington House and Watermouth Castle. As you enter the property you are greeted by a stylish open plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, which takes up the whole ground floor.
