For those who fancy a change of scene, there is plenty to see away from the seaside, including RHS Rosemoor, the riverside town of Bideford, and The Milky Way Adventure Park. This single storey barn conversion is accessed via a ramp which leads up to the front door. The lounge area has a warming wood burner, a TV, DVD, so guests can snuggle up in the evenings and catch up with their favourite programmes. There is a small dining table, ideal for romantic meals, whilst the kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedroom is a comfortable double room, which has a sleek en suite wet room with shower and WC. Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed, raised decked patio area, which offers garden furniture from which guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings. In addition to this, guests have access to the ten acres of grounds surrounding the property, which is shared with the owner, whose home is also located here. Wander down to the lake, or spend a few hours fishing in the river (guests should bring their own fishing equipment). Need to know: 1 double bedroom Wet room with shower and WC. TV, DVD. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Travel cot and highchair available.
