Northam Burrows Country Park which provides a wonderful backdrop for scenic walks amongst the sand dunes are just next to the beach. The pretty village of Appledore is just a short drive away and makes a lovely place to spend an afternoon watching the boats in the harbour or perhaps catching the ferry across the estuary to Instow. The larger town of Bideford is also close by, with a range of independent shops scattered along its narrow streets. This property is accessed on foot through double gates and into the private courtyard. Stepping into the kitchen/diner, where the kitchen area itself is impressive and decorated with cool neutral tones, giving a seaside feel, well equipped with a combi microwave oven and induction hob, fridge with ice compartment, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher to do all the work for you, you have everything you need.
