There are plenty of pubs to choose from here, or in Barnstaple (4.5 miles) and Bideford (5 miles), both of which offer more opportunities for shopping. Spend beach days at Westward Ho! (7 miles) or venture further to the surfing meccas of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe (within 16 miles). Tapeley House and Gardens, The Milky Way, and The Big Sheep all offer memorable family days out (all within 14 miles). Inside, the accommodation boasts exposed beams, stone flooring and original lead windows. The kitchen is bright and airy with a high ceiling and skylight.
