Just a little further away and within a fifteen-minute drive of the property is the huge sandy beach at Westward Ho! which makes it popular with families and water sports enthusiasts alike. Enter through the front door into the spacious lounge with wood burner (multi fuel) and cosy seating this is the perfect place to sit and relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Going through to the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a dining table to seat four. Heading up the stairs to the first floor to a surprisingly large master bedroom with a king-size bed and ample storage. The second bedroom is a twin with two single 2 6 zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king-size on request). There is a further small room with a collection of books and games along with a TV with game console to keep the younger guests entertained PS4 for streaming catch up and DVD/BluRay only. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside is a small courtyard area with a bistro table and chairs steps lead up to a gravelled area with a picnic bench and small charcoal BBQ.
