This fabulous sprawling retreat is on the outskirts of popular Appledore, where guests will be a short stroll from the quayside which is steeped in nautical history. Enjoy fishing trips, numerous pubs, restaurants, galleries, and the Maritime Museum, or take a boat ride across to Instow. Westward Ho! is a popular seaside resort less than a mile away and has two miles of sandy beach, and for golf lovers, the Royal Devon links course. For keen walkers, you access to the National Trust cliff tops. The market town of Bideford is a short drive away and where you can catch the MS Oldenburg for a day trip to Lundy Island. Amongst many other delights in North Devon are The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and The Milky Way Adventure Park.
