Hidden in the quaint streets of Appledore you will discover the many galleries and local artist's studios. Visit the maritime museum, take a trip on the river or simply stroll down to the quayside to watch the world go by. In the evening, either dine in one of the local pubs and restaurants or retreat to the privacy of the cottage . . Westward Ho! is a short drive away, and with 2 miles of sandy beach, is ideal for swimming or surfing.
