In high season a small ferry boat runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow, home to a yacht club and a pleasant sandy beach. For those who want to get out and explore more of the area, there is plenty to see and do within a 15 minute drive of the property, including the harbour town of Appledore, the beach at Westward Ho!, and The Big Sheep family fun park. All in all this area makes for a wonderful holiday destination, whether you want a relaxing or fun filled time. External stairs from the parking area at the front of the property, lead to the front door of this first floor apartment, which opens into the lounge/diner. This lovely light filled space has a light and airy feel, thanks in part to the fresh feeling seaside theme of the apartment. A huge Chesterfield style ( sofa bed available on request)and matching armchairs, offer a relaxing and comfortable place to sit, perhaps whilst watching the TV/DVD. The dining area has a table which comfortable seats six, which is perfect for family meals. The separate kitchen has everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the property, both of which benefit from their own TV/DVD. The first of these, the restful master double room, not only offers a dressing area, but also an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a relaxing twin room. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is a split level terraced garden for guests to enjoy, which has garden furniture, making it a great spot for enjoying alfresco drinks. There is private off road parking for one car at the front of the property. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. Additional sofa bed available (please arrange directly with Caretaker at additional cost). Private off road parking for 1 car.
