Family theme parks The Big Sheep and The Milky Way , nearby North Devon Wake and Aqua park and RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal all provide a great day out and all within 10 miles. Stepping into the property through the front door there are two bedrooms a twin and a king size both having wall mounted Smart TV/DVD's The shower room completes the ground floor with a shower and WC.
