Dartmoor National Park is just fourteen miles to the east, offering miles of beautiful walking and cycling routes to suit all abilities. To the west lie some of Cornwall s best loved beaches, including those in the resort town of Bude, a thirty minute drive away, as well as the sandy beach at Widemouth Bay. This single storey barn conversion offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. Three steps lead up to the front door which opens onto the main living area, comprising an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where there are two sofas, a warming wood burner, a TV, DVD, and iPod dock. Behind this seating area, the kitchen area offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as dining table seating four. The attractive master bedroom has a king size bed, a large wardrobe, patio doors which lead out to the garden, and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail and WC. The second room is a twin room, with 2 6 single zip and link beds, which can be made up as king size on request at time of booking. The bathroom has a bath with shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed shingled garden, with a BBQ and garden furniture for guests to enjoy whilst relaxing in the quiet surroundings. Ample parking is available. Need to know: 1 king size and 1 twin (can be made up as a king size on request at time of booking). 2 bathrooms 1 with bath, shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC, 1en suite shower with WC and heated shower rail to the king size room. TV, DVD, and iPod dock. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Complimentary tea and coffee provided.
