Arranged over two floors there is ample space for four, with a contemporary colour scheme and modern furnishings creating a sleek yet comfortable interior. A ground floor living room with access to the games room is a welcoming place to spend time unwinding in together, while the kitchen which is open plan with the dining area, provides a well-equipped hub from which to create family meals. French doors in the dining room lead out to a delightful courtyard garden which is neatly edged with stone chippings and features a raised deck and additional table and seating to make for the ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining or an evening refreshment.

After a long day of adventure, guests can look forward to a blissful night’s sleep in one of the cottage’s two bedrooms which have been designed to provide a spacious and comfortable sanctuary to retreat to. Fall asleep in complete luxury and wake up to lazy mornings spent in bed with the sound of gulls in the distance, or fling open the windows and invite the sea air in while enjoying a coffee in bed.

Situated on the first floor the family bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower, sink and toilet

The cottage has an allocated parking space for one car outside the property. Please note that the space is only suitable for small vehicles. There is limited on street parking in the area but additional parking and parking for larger cars or vehicles can be found in the long stay Barton Hill car park which is 6 minutes walk from the property.
