The pretty town is just a short walk away via a scenic coastal path where you’ll find cafes, shops and a babbling stream through the centre of the town home to Dawlish’s famous black swans.
Head further afield to the coastal towns of Shaldon and Teignmouth or enjoy a spot of retail therapy in nearby Exeter.

Parking
There is one allocated parking space per apartment. This is based within one of the three nearby car parks. 2 car parks are right in front of the apartments and 1 (the largest one) is at the side of the apartments.
If a second parking space is required, this can be checked with the property manager, however we cannot guarantee that a second space can be offered. There is a nearby pay and display council car park, opposite the apartments which can be used for a second car.
