Recently converted, the cottage is adjacent to Easton Court and a working farm and is set in a beautiful rural location only minutes from the Salcombe estuary and just 3 miles from the South Hams coastline and sandy beaches. Accommodation:

A short flight of steps up to the front door, the light and airy living room partially divided from the kitchen, is comfortably furnished and has polished slate floor, curved wall and woodburner set in a stone hearth and French windows. TV/DVD/video and portable CD/radio. The very well fitted and equipped kitchen/diner has an electric hob and built-under oven, microwave, integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and part glazed door to patio. A fitted bench and chairs provide seating around the dining table. Oak stairs lead from the living room to two bedrooms, one overlooking the courtyard, the other with rural views. Both have TV sockets, fitted pine cupboards and en-suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed and a 3ft single bed and hair dryer. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft 6in double bed.

Outside:

A patio area with garden furniture is accessed from the kitchen and borders the courtyard of Easton Court, a good spot for an evening drink. A further small patio at the front with table, chairs and barbecue, a great spot for catching the evening sun.
