Tinsey Cottage is right next to the sea at the quiet end of the seafront in the popular village of Beesands. A traditional fisherman's cottage, Tinsey is now a delightful mixture of old and new, reflecting the artist owner's original ideas and subtle use of colour.
An attractive sitting room, with original paintings, a cosy wood burner log fire for chilly evenings, comfortable modern furniture and an afternoon tea tray welcomes you when you arrive. A cottage staircase leads up to two pretty bedrooms with lovely sea views from the front double bedroom. There's an attractive enclosed rear courtyard and parking is readily available right outside the cottage.
Beesands is a perfect destination for those who love the sights and sounds of the sea, enjoy stunning coastal walks with the dog and visiting the many pretty towns and villages in the region. There's a welcoming gastro pub just down the road as well as an excellent beach side cafe serving tasty seafood.

Stable door to living room with sofa and two comfortable armchairs facing the woodburner stove. TV. Drop leaf table with seating for 4. Cottage kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjoining utility area with washer/dryer and microwave. Modern ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Steepish stairs to first floor. Lovely double bedroom with coffee table and chairs to take advantage of the amazing sea views. 4ft 6in double bed. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds.
Outside:
From utility area, door to sheltered and enclosed flower filled rear courtyard with garden table and chairs.
Parking: Unrestricted opposite cottage.

Local Facilities: Beach: While coastal erosion has currently moved much of the beach area immediately outside the cottage there is now a new, wide beach area 400 metres to the north. Pub 200 yards. Seasonal village shop and caf? selling basic provisions and freshly caught seafood. Farm shop 2.5 miles. Kingsbridge 8 miles. Dartmouth 10 miles, both with all facilities.
