Holly Cottage is a pretty two-bedroom cottage perfect for couples or a small family to enjoy a relaxing break with 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds to explore with a built-in barbecue with picnic benches all nestled in a quiet valley not far from the coast and the village of Slapton in South Devon and part of Buckland Court located deep in delightful South Hams countryside, and a short drive to the beach at Slapton Sands.

 The village of Slapton with two great pubs and a community run village shop along with the nature reserve of Slapton Ley are 2 miles away. Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are within 15 minutes’ drive, both with interesting shops, fine restaurants, boat trips, sailing and much more. The sailing town of Salcombe is twenty-five minutes away along with Totnes, a quaint Elizabethan town is 9 miles away, and Dartmoor, with wonderful walking and spectacular scenery is within easy reach. Buckland Court is well situated for a wide range of indoor and outdoor pursuits.

Directly outside Holly-a bench in the courtyard.

 An archway in the corner of the lower courtyard (separated by a substantial gate) opens out to a large pond and a sweep of grass and orchard (1.5 acres) including a built in barbecue with picnic benches as well as a children's adventure playhouse on stilts with a slide and swings. 

Parking: 

Car parking in the drive, not in the lower courtyard except for loading and unloading.
