Stairs up to second floor and two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with TV, views and French windows to balcony, and in the eaves (some restricted height) a neat twin (limited clothes-hanging space) and smart bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). On the ground floor, third bedroom with two cabin-style single beds (limited clothes-hanging space). Shower-room (suite). Garage (washing machine, tumble drier). A fabulous, well thought out house in a beautiful creek-side setting.
