Head up the steps and you will find yourself in your open plan living space with its lofty beams, snug red sofas, modern comfort and handcrafted kitchen area. The two bedrooms are both downstairs, sharing a smart family bathroom where you can enjoy a soak after a long walk on the Coast Path. Outside, as well as the lawn to share, you have your own pretty garden at the front of the cottage, safely enclosed with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for eating alfresco. Parsonage Farm Cottage is a special base for exploring this beautiful area, enjoying the local inns and discovering the stunning coastline. A lovely week staying at Parsonage Farm Cottage. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Set in a beautiful peaceful location just a short walk from the River Yealm. The area is beautiful with stunning walks around Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo onto the South West Coastal Path. We would highly recommend Parsonage Farm Cottage for a comfortable cosy stay!

Carrie was very helpful telling us about a regatta that was happening and so we went down to see the fireworks. Would stay again if the opportunity arose, we were there in connection with a family event.
