Emily's is a beautiful, refurbished apartment located along Lower Contour Road in Kingswear, South Devon. The apartment is perfectly situated within the village offering Guests one private designated car parking space at the rear of the apartment building. As you walk down the steps from the parking space there is a balcony by the front door. At the front of the apartment you'll be greeted with a gorgeous view of the River Dart and you will be able to enjoy a lovely glass of wine at the end of the day making the most of 'the Sunny side' (locals joke). The apartment has two double bedrooms, an open plan living/kitchen and dining room and a family bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emily's. The property is very well located, with beautiful views. Decorated with a lot of taste and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. So over all very good!

We loved Emily’s place. The view was spectacular from the living room, kitchen and balcony and the parking space was really important as we stayed regatta week. The fixtures were of a high standard and there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Kingswear is a beautiful place. The pubs and shops are good and we loved using the ferry’s to get to Dartmouth.
