Parking permit provided, April - September. On-street parking available, October – March.
Dartwood is a luxury one level apartment in a premier location fitted out to the highest standard, with gas central heating and wooden floors. Located just a five minute walk from Dartmouth's town centre, with its many restaurants, shops and amenities, it is an ideal location for exploring this beautiful and historic town and coastal area.
Parking is available on the street near the apartment, both towards the town and further out towards Dartmouth Castle. This parking is not restricted from 1st October to 30th April.
A parking permit is provided for free parking from 1st April to 30th September. This is usable in Mayors Avenue car park, the Park and Ride at the top of the town and at all other car parks in the South Hams, including Totnes, Kingsbridge and Slapton. Parking is on a first come first served basis.
