Trendy, contemporary ground floor apartment in a converted Sail Loft, a focal point in Dartmouth Town Centre. The apartment caters for four people offering parking for one car and is a stone's throw away from an eclectic mix of shops and cafes and the main River Front.
2 The Sail Loft is a wonderful, contemporary ground floor apartment situated in Dartmouth, South Devon. 2 The Sail Loft is only one section of a building that was built in 1850 that made an Old Sail Loft. The building is steeped in history and has charming features that perfectly compliment the modern apartment.
The property is in the main town centre and is only a few yards away from Marks and Spencer Food Hall, some of the towns main Pubs and less than a five minute walk from the River Dart with the River Boats.
