Unfortunately Otters Holt seemed to have been a bit forgotten. It was as if it hadn’t been used in a while and had a musty smell with cobwebs in the rooms. The weather recently meant that unfortunately heating was essential but 3 of our radiators were not working including the only one in our daughters room. This made the second bedroom unusable. There was no dishwasher, which we could cope with. There was also no wifi which made trying to get in touch with anyone very difficult. It also made working out what was available to do locally difficult as there were no brochures (probably due to covid) and no way of finding out information online. The site itself was lovely but Otters Holt definitely felt like it had been forgotten and was definitely not worth the money that we paid for it.
