The market town of Barnstaple is just a 7 miles drive, whilst the coastal town of Ilfracombe is just three miles and offers a variety of facilities including excellant eateries, shingle beach, beautiful coastal walks, aracades and local fishing trips from the harbour.

Lovely well equipped property ideal for our first break without boys for over 2 years. Beautiful garden and ideally placed to visit various places in North Devon. Lovely food and beer at the Crown Inn at West Down. Well worth a day trip at RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal. Nice walks at Woolacombe around Morte Point and Hartland Quay. Lovely cream tea at Lynmouth. Thanks again for the lovely stay and welcome pack!

A lovely holiday home, well appointed with lots of extras, and welcoming feel, we enjoyed the very pretty garden where lots of birds kept us entertained as they made the most of the feeding stations, a good position to tour that corner of North Devon. we would highly recommend this property.
