Excellent property, with excellent facilities having the use of ceiling hoists in holiday accommodation was an added bonus. Pool and hot tub was well used by all the party. Very spacious house never felt crowded, lovely space for all. Everything needed was there, now has an electric car charging point, additional payment excellent value for the week. Would visit again. Thank you Kate & Simon for creating a wonderful place to stay.

This was our second stay at Otter Pool Barn. Our adult son has a complex physical disability and the property has an amazing level of accessibility and equipment for those with physical disabilities. We stayed as a large family group and found the property ideal for family get together. We loved the pool and made full use of the lake which was ideal for paddle boarding. The great hall is a wonderful space. The property is so well equipped and the owners are a lovely couple.
