High quality accommodation in a peaceful location. Situated on the edge of Exmoor but with easy access to the market town of Barnstaple.

The Loft is quietly situated within the grounds of the owner’s country home and has been stylishly furnished creating a welcoming and cosy feel. There are 12 steps up to the front door and inside the open plan living/kitchen/dining area is very well equipped for your stay. Tastefully decorated, the bedroom has wonderful countryside views with ensuite shower room. There is a large garden which is lawned, whilst a patio area allows you to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. The property is located on the village edge of Stoke Rivers and there are plenty of countryside walks to be enjoyed from the property or a short drive will bring you to Exmoor National Park, renowned for its undulating moorland, with streams and rivers running down through deep wooded combes and valleys to the spectacular cliffs on the North Devon coastline. The twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth are also on the coastal edge of Exmoor and offer a great selection of craft shops, galleries and restaurants whilst the popular market town of Barnstaple is just 6 miles and has a further selection of pubs, shops, restaurants and other amenities including the Pannier Market and Butchers Row. Cycling on the Tarka Trail, golf, fishing and tennis can all be found within a short drive.

Accommodation: 12 Steps up to front door: Living/dining room with TV/ DVD player. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom 1 with Super King size bed (can be twin beds on request) en-suite shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Facilities and services: Linen and towels. Electric CH. Wi Fi Broadband (can be slow at times). No smoking. Not suitable for babies or children. Regret no pets. Short breaks available. Garden furniture. Large lawned garden and patio area. Parking for 1 car. Arr/dep for weekly bookings is Friday. 3pm arrival.
