The owner occupies the fully self contained ground floor and offers a warm welcome, but be assured that complete privacy is yours throughout your stay. The market town of South Molton is just 2.5 miles away, where there are two markets held each week. There are also numerous pubs and restaurants here. If you fancy the beach, Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! are all within easy reach and walkers will be spoilt for choice with country footpaths on Exmoor easily accessible. Whilst on the moor, the zoo and fishing lakes are a fun way to spend and afternoon. For picturesque coastal villages, Clovelly, Lynton and Lynmouth are all close by and the larger town of Barnstaple, which has a wide range of amenities, is just 12 miles away. Enter this lovely property into the dining room area which seats nine guests, has a feature Rayburn style oven that can be lit in winter. Head up two steps into the kitchen, which leads off from the dining area, has an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed private garden with seating and a charcoal BBQ. There is also ample off road parking across the road in the pub s former car park which is shared with the owners.
