The main bed was extremely comfortable, never slept so well, great choice of mattress and duvet, thank you. Unfortunately there is a smell of damp in there but I think that is the style of property and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. The kitchen is compact but has everything required and more. Great taste on plates, mugs, glasses etc and decor. Unfortunately no space for a proper table and chairs apart from outside (which isn’t great if raining) but what is there is acceptable. The bathroom is fab, enjoyed a soak and shower facilities. The back of the property is fine and has a fab view of the sea, very relaxing. The front of the property needs attention on the grass bank as it hasn’t been cut down and looks messy but you don’t spend anytime there just enter the property. We noticed on another review that someone had mentioned it wasn’t a very friendly place with residents, we would say this is a very quiet place but we spoke with 3 different residents who were very friendly and open. Overall we would love to be able to stay here again and thank Adam and Sarah for making this possible, you have definitely made the most of this property and we felt very welcome as soon as we walked in.

All beds were comfortable (as often they aren't in holiday lets). Great kitchen, lovely large bathroom. Extra bits such as Nintendo, Netflix, hairdryer are all very useful and made the stay even better. Love the large sliding doors and beautiful sea view. The site was very quiet and we were always able to find a parking space near the property. Only gripe, mostly satisfied with the cleanliness, bathroom was sparkling but the floor wasn't very clean unfortunately, had to hoover when we arrived and it could do with being mopped inbetween lets. Would definitely stay again, owners have done a fab job with their beautiful holiday home.

! The cottage has been modernised to a very high standard. The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The children’s room was lovely and catered for all sizes. The reading material and games for the children was a really nice touch. Instruction manuals for Tv, oven, microwave all very clear and everything easy to use. Really helpful recommendation literature re places to go and things to do in Woolacombe and towns nearby. The garden was well maintained and clean and beautiful views. My one and only complaint was in the double bedroom there was a strong damp smell, the cottage was not damp and we soon realised the curtains had obviously been washed but not dried properly, and maybe re hung whilst still damp, the curtains in the bedroom were clean but had this very strong damp smell, which you could smell as soon as you walked into the bedroom, which was a shame because the cottage is beautiful. When leaving the property my husband mentioned it to the cleaner. I would definitely stay there again if it was just myself and husband. Tranquility park is not for young children, however we used the facilities at Golden Coast which was a 2 minute drive away which cost £20 for the four of us per day. Please don’t let this comment put you off because the cottage is really lovely, close to the beach and other amenities.
