A beach-based surf school means visitors of all ages and abilities can take to the waves, and equipment hire companies right on the beach mean you don’t need to lug wetsuits and boards along with you. The region is renowned for other beaches as well, including sheltered bays like Barricane and Lee Bay, and the charming Puttsborough and Saunton Sands.
