All village amenities are close by and access to Lynton is via foot, car or the famous funicular railway. Delightful walks can be enjoyed all around and the shingle beach is just a short stroll away.

. Size: Sleeps 2 - 1 bedroom. Sofa bed available for alternative sleeping only(Linen will only be provided on request).

. Rooms:  First floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, TV, feature fireplace and en-suite shower room (low threshold-5'2"). Separate cloakroom with WC and      basin.

. Kitchen and utilities: With electric hob and oven, fridge with small freezer box, wine cooler, microwave and slimline dishwasher.

. Outside:  Small viewing balcony.

. Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking 1st Nov-Good Friday and short term daytime parking on the harbour side during the season, a 4 day or weekly parking permit can be purchased from the Putting Shed on the Manor Green. 

. For families: No cot or highchair. Stairgate is provided

. General: Electric radiators, linen and towels provided. Wifi available

. Pets: Regret no pets

. Smoking: No smoking allowed
