The apartment is spacious, light and airy and provides extremely attractive and high quality accommodation. Lynmouth and its twin village Lynton, joined by the famous cliffside Furnicular railway, offer great facilities including a choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and individual shops. Surrounded by a choice of coastal and countryside footpaths this is a great place for walkers.

Extremely clean and well cared for apartment. Has everything you need and the welcome pack will keep you in tea and coffee during your stay and the scones and cream were superb. Excellent location right in the heart of Lynmouth, nice to be at the centre of things and not use the car unless we wanted to. The weekly parking ticket supplied on booking is extremely useful and it is only a short walk to the esplanade car park. Very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Everything was as described and worked as it should, which sadly, you cannot say very often about holiday rentals here or abroad. Overall - excellent.

Lovely apartment finished to a high standard with fantastic views over the harbour. It was very well fitted with everything we could need for a week long stay with a child, including a large box of toys and children's book, and was within a couple of minutes walk of everything in Lynmouth. Parking was relatively easy on-street or in public car parks even during peak season.
