The hallway leads off to the bedrooms, the first offering a king-size bed, while opposite rests a spacious super-king-size with a quaint bay window, where you can perch on the seat and gaze over the garden, followed by another king-size with distant views of the sea, and a charming twin. A bathroom and shower room complete the interior of Westwell Hall. There is a private patio area where you can make the most of the bubbly hot tub in the evening, while there is also a communal lawn area for family games. The apartment is well-placed in one of Devon’s most popular towns, home to an idyllic harbour, choice of sandy beaches to sunbathe on, as well as many walking and cycling trails. After building up an appetite, choose from a range of cafés, pubs, restaurants and fish and chips shops for a bite to eat. The town is also packed with history which can be unravelled in Ilfracombe Museum, home to many cultural relics, while the Chapel of St Nicholas is worth paying a visit to and the little ones will enjoy wandering around the aquarium and observing marine life. Once you’ve seen enough of the town, the magnificent beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive, perfect for families and surfing, while Lynton and Lynmouth are further afield but provide plenty of charm and character, or the Exmoor National Park will attract those keen walkers.
