The property is accompanied by a sought-after designated parking place for one car, however, there is additional off-road parking on-site. Make your way into the lodge and come across a pleasant open-plan living space, home to everything you need, as well as a kindly-provided welcome pack! The kitchen is amply-equipped with all the appliances you desire to make those delicious homecooked meals, along with a slimline dishwasher and washing machine. When dinner is served, enjoy a meal at the close-by dining table that seats all the family, and plan your holiday itinerary. Gather your group around the Smart TV and watch your favourite show with a glass of wine, as you curl up on the plush sofas. As the day comes to an end, venture to the back of the property to find three well-presented bedrooms, all providing ample storage; rest your head in a king-size room with an extra TV and a fabulous en-suite shower room with a double walk-in shower, another double or a twin room. The family bathroom has been designed with relaxation in mind, with a phenomenal jacuzzi, corner bath with shower over; unwind and soak up after a day of beachfront escapades. The front garden is the ideal spot to pause and watch the world go by from the pretty decked area or sunbathe on the lawn below. Watermouth lodges hosts a wealth of amenities, including The Sea Terrace bar/restaurant, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a children's play park; Broadsands Beach is a short distance away, where you can lay on the soft sands. A short drive away, you will find the renowned surf beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. For other local amenities, venture south to Berrynarbor to find the Ye Olde Globe Inn pub and a community shop. Take the family for an outing at Combe Martin, where the whole family can enjoy the amazing rock pools. Avid walkers can enjoy walking the South West Coastal Path and reward themselves with a sweet treat from the Combe Martin Bakery and Tearoom, before basking in the sun on the village's golden shores. History fans will enjoy visiting Hele Bay's Old Corn Mill with its guided tours, before playing a spot of golf at the Ilfracombe Golf Club and trekking to the elevated point of Forthglade, a spot overlooking the quaint Hele Beach. The peaceful village of Berrynarbor rests near the North Devon coast. The community of Berrynarbor is certainly a friendly one, serving visitors with a popular community shop and the highly rated Ye Olde Globe Inn. Berrynarbor boasts access to a selection of beaches, including Broadsands and Wild Pear, that are great for relaxing along with watersports activities for all the families. Ilfracombe isn't far and makes for a great outing for visitors, as well as the South West Coast Path where visitors can find more coastal activities.
