Garage with storage for bikes, kayas, mobility scooters etc. No smoking. .

We had a fantastic time at Palm Leas. A beautiful location and lovely, well equipped accommodation. Andy and Jennie are very welcoming. A bottle of wine and cream tea were a great way to start our holiday. We are happy to recommend a stay at this lovely place and plan to return.

Great place to explore Ilfracombe and the surrounding areas. Literally a five minute walk to Ilfracombe harbour and quayside. Different beaches and coves to explore locally, which are a mixture of sand and shingle. And only a short drive away is Woolacombe and its huge sandy beach with lots of amenities. The bungalow is excellent and well equipped with a lovely garden with sea views. Andy and Jenni are on hand should you need any advice about the local area, and made us very welcome. We loved the scones with jam and cream on arrival. A fantastic week away and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Palm Leas. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Andy and Jenni were very welcoming hosts, leaving milk and scones for our arrival. The cottage is a 10 minute walk to Ilfracombe harbour with the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde a 15–20 minute drive. We found it the perfect place to explore the North Devon coast.
