It's the perfect place to relax and unwind with many beautiful country and coastal walks to be enjoyed directly from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park. The village of Combe Martin is a few minutes drive away and hosts a highly recommended 17th Century inn. The golden sandy beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough and Woolacombe are all just a drive away, offering some of the best sand and surf in the South West. Approached by a flight of steps you are rewarded with fabulous views across the valley before stepping into this cosy single storey property, which is adjacent to the owner s home, where privacy is assured. Entering the open plan living area with comfy seating low level lighting, kitchenette with a gas oven and hob, and fridge with ice compartment makes for easy mealtimes. A Smart TV/DVD and a flame effect electric fire makes this a warm and welcoming place to return after a day exploring.
