The Farmhouse, accessed from a charming courtyard, welcomes you through a porch with original flagstone flooring. Inside, the open plan kitchen/day room exudes style, blending modern living with classic features. The well-equipped kitchen with ample storage, modern slate worktops and island hob. A sofa and flat-screen TV provide relaxation space, and a rustic table comfortably seats 10.
Three steps lead to a utility area with laundry facilities, and a door opens to 3.5 acres of communal grounds with table tennis, swings, and more.
The carpeted lounge, rich in character with stone walls, oak beams, and inglenook fireplace, offers comfortable seating and a smart TV. A stylish double bedroom with en-suite is adjacent.
The spacious Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, chandelier, and garden views, with an en-suite shower room.
A bright double/twin bedroom, a cosy twin bedroom, and a charming double bedroom with king-sized bed complete the first floor. These rooms share a large family bathroom with a bath and separate toilet.

We had a minor issue which was resolved extremely quickly. The kitchen area was perfect for family meals. The bedrooms were spacious. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful place! We had a really special Christmas at Higher Mullacott Farm. The house is so cosy and comfortable, yet it is spacious enough for 10. It is very well-equipped, and well-located for coastal walks and beaches. I can highly recommend this lovely farmhouse for a family break.

The Farmhouse cottage is very good for a large group with all facilities you would expect of a high end cottage in Devon. The on site support was very helpful. The cottage is in a good location for access to all the main sites and beaches in Nth Devon. The only disappointment was the quality of the ....
