Accommodation
A charming hallway leads to an open-plan living room with lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. The room is filled with natural light, featuring patio doors overlooking the courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows where the original barn entrance stood.
The cosy lounge, with beautiful oak flooring, is designed for group gatherings, boasting three large sofas, an armchair, and an LPG wood burner, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. It also offers a wall-mounted TV and a selection of board games.
Adjacent to the lounge is a spacious dining area with a huge wooden table that comfortably seats 10, ideal for special occasions and celebrations. The dining area is well-lit and airy, blending seamlessly with the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a large range electric oven, gas hobs, a microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, and two fridges. A washing machine and freezer are also provided.
A door off the kitchen leads to a convenient ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, making it suitable for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.
Heading upstairs via the wide staircase from the entrance hall, you'll find a first-floor hallway with sloping ceilings, wooden beams, and traditional floorboards from Ilfracombe Town's former theatre.
The first room off the hallway is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the courtyard. It's elegantly furnished with antique pine furniture and includes a cot. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, washbasin, and toilet.
Further down the hallway, there's a charming twin bedroom with sloped ceilings, a lovely single bedroom with a Victorian-style daybed, and another twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a fully-fitted family bathroom with a bath and overhead electric shower.
At the end of the hallway, the former hayloft has been transformed into an elegant Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. This room also offers picturesque views of the North Devon countryside and a flat-screen TV.

Have just returned from weeks Holiday to Dollies Barn with 11 members of the family of all ages, the grandchildren have enjoyed the freedom of the gardens which were beautifully kept. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, even everything we needed for BBQ, thoroughly enjoyable Holid.... Lovely property ideal for a family break away, and ideal location with town centre and beaches only a short drive away. Great play area for the children. House had everything you needed to cook/prepare family meals and all utensils were of a high quality. Would have no hesitation in booking a repe....
