On entering this reverse level cottage, you will have both bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a lovely double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor, and it has a bath, separate shower and WC. The staircase leads you up onto the open plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and original oak beams. These touches make this a lovely light and airy sociable space to enjoy time together with your family or friends after a day out on the beach or exploring the North Devon countryside.
