This single-storey lodge is cosy and comfortable. On entering, you will find an open-plan lounge/diner. Settle down on the large sofa and armchair and watch your favourite film or TV show on the Smart TV one evening. Gather around the dining table together to eat a home cooked meal and play some board games. A well-equipped kitchen, family bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which en-suite, and a bunk bedroom complete the interior of this lodge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the bench outside the property before exploring the grounds. You will find a shared games room, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi all on site.

Perched on top of a valley with far-reaching views, you will be just 0.5 mile away from the nearest pub and shops in the village of Berrynarbor, and Combe Martin is 2 miles with a range of places to eat. The nearest beaches are 2 miles away, Combe Martin, Newberry, and Wild Pear beach. Head further afield to the picturesque seaside resort of Ilfracombe (4.5 miles) with its charming harbour and quaint streets. For fabulous family days out, enjoy Watermouth Castle and Theme Park (2 miles) or Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park (4 miles).
