Located in the pretty seaside village of Combe Martin, you could enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking or spend time rock pooling. Watch the sun set with a bag of fish and chips or while at one of the restaurants or pubs that offer locally caught fish. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth and take a ride on the funicular railway and walk through the magnificent Valley of the Rocks Should you choose to venture further, Exmoor National Park is 5 miles away and has its magical moorlands, woodland walks and pretty villages with local pubs to stop on the way. For those more adventurous, try Quad biking at Key Pitts or Horse Riding at Mullacott Equestrian Centre. For a sandy beach that has 3 miles of golden sands, the award winning beach of Woolacombe is only 10 miles away. This beautiful beach is known to be a mecca for surfers and has a plethora of shops, restaurants and pubs. Or sit on the infamous Barricane beach (11 miles) and enjoy a homemade Sri Lankan curry in the summer. On entering this stylish cottage, you will notice the contemporary feel.
