The accommodation is situated on the third floor and comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen/dining room. Two of the rooms benefit from beautiful views out towards Capstone Hill and the sea.
Ilfracombe is one of North Devon’s most popular seaside towns offering an array of amenities including a range of quality restaurants in the town’s oldest street, many of which are regularly visited by locals from all over North Devon for their tasty fayre. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough and Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay and The South West Coast Path, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle, and Theme Park. Be sure to visit the town’s very own harbour and port which dates back to the 12th century with quality ice cream, fish and chips, and various craft shops plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue, which is a must-see. Trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris, and diving are all available. Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises, and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former rnli Lifeboat.
Ilfracombe is also perfectly situated to enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail, which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line following some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery, stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. Exmoor National Park is just 11 miles away and Lynton and Lynmouth, 19 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs, and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water-powered railway in the world! We loved the flat, only isue was the three flights of stairs. The high street was really rough with people drinking and doing drugs near by which wasnt great obviously. However the 5-10 minute walk nearby to the harbour was lovely, restaurants and pubs were really good. Had a great boat ride on one of the more sporty orange boats which the kids loved.

This is really fantastic accomodation in a brilliant location. Excellent sea views from the living room and kitchen. The flat was very comfortable and we have no issues at all apart from the disposal of rubbish with multiple recycling bins. Not the fault of the owners. We would like to say a big thanks to the owners and we would definitely consider staying there again. My son is already nagging me to book for next year. We had a really wonderful holiday.

Exhausting climb to get in. Location good...nice view...we were allowed in earlier on arrival which was kind. 57 steps to reach the property! The TV was virtually imposible to operate with no instructions...the bathroom window has hole in the wood frame...the property was OK and wasn't too expensive.
