Leave your outerwear in the hall and head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its glass doors to the balcony and spectacular Bristol Channel views. Throw these open on summer days to bring in a sea breeze and, when the weather is clear, see if you can spot Wales in the distance. Settle on the plush sofa with your book or in front of the Smart TV then amble over to the modern kitchen to rustle up a delicious meal. Above this welcoming space is a mezzanine floor, with another cosy relaxation area and a second Smart TV. The family bathroom and the bedrooms are on the lower level of the apartment.
